1. Your account

You must be 16+ to register and 18+ to enable mature content. Keep your credentials safe — you are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Content & licenses

Creators retain ownership of everything they upload. By publishing on BlackVeil they grant us a limited license to host, display, and promote the work on the platform.

3. Acceptable use

• No illegal content, harassment, or impersonation.
• No scraping or republishing locked chapters.
• No circumventing payment or unlock systems.

4. Payments & credits

Credits are non-refundable once spent. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Pricing is shown in your local currency at checkout.

5. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from the Account screen.
