Payments & credits

Unlocks are charged in credits. Top up from your Wallet. Refunds for unspent credit packs are handled within 14 days of purchase — email us with the transaction ID.

Reading issues

Pages not loading? Try a hard refresh and clear the cache. If a chapter is missing pages after unlock, contact us — we'll restore the unlock and credit you back if needed.
