The split

• 70% to the creator on every chapter unlock.
• 80% for Founding Creators (first 100 approved).
• The remainder covers payment processing, hosting, discovery, and platform development.

How earnings are calculated

Each unlock is priced in credits. Credits convert to USD at a fixed rate of $0.01 per credit. Your dashboard shows real-time gross and net earnings per story and per chapter.

Payouts

• Monthly, on the 5th, for the previous calendar month.
• Minimum payout threshold: $50.
• Paid via Stripe Connect (bank transfer or debit card).
• Tax forms collected before the first payout.

Stories featured in editorial rails or seasonal drops receive a marketing match — we cover the additional unlock incentives without cutting into your share.
